Design Your Own Duct Taped Hoop

Design your own hoop! Choose one duct tape print! Then choose one electric tape colors, or mix some gaffers tape in there! I can criss cross or just keep it all in one direction. I’d be happy to help you work out a design if you want to write me!

The weighted hoops will be made with 3/4″ 160 psi tubing which is great for adding a little extra weight for maximum core exercise. They will be made at about 37-39″ which is a great size for this tubing type. These hoops are easier to keep up and better for your body than the overly heavy water weighted hoops since the water throws off the hoops balance a bit.

They collapse down to about a quater of their original size for each shipping and traveling! There is a blog post and video showing how to collapse and uncollapse the hoops.
